You will not find a harder worker than Manuel. His attention to detail is second to none. Manuel both installed new hardwood and sanded and stained old hardwood. Now all my friends and family continuously compliment the look of the floors. Manuel worked quickly, within budget, carefully, honestly and competently. It was refreshing to hire someone who took great pride in their job and finished product.

Blackwood Floors did an outstanding job installing our new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. This job was a large project replacing flooring throughout our ranch home, and was pretty complicated as it is an older home built in the 40's. We have contracted with Manuel in the past, and once again we are thrilled with his work and the end product. Manuel and his team did a phenomenal job and we could not be happier. Manuel did an excellent job refinishing our old Brazilian Cherry floors and applying a dark stain to get the red out. He took his time sanding and there was no dust. The floors are smoother and look better than when they were first installed.

We are thrilled with our white oak flooring Manuel and his team installed. Manuel is a man of integrity. Does what he says he's going to do when he says he's going to do it. We also had our trim and kitchen cupboards painted through Manuel, which were done so well. Very happy with our improvements and would recommend Manuel to anyone.

You should always get multiple estimates-and then choose Blackwood. Not the highest, nor lowest in price, but absolutely the best in the business. Meticulous in the details, Manuel is a perfectionist. He is polite and easy to work with, and you will always feel comfortable with him and his crew in your home. He will propose ideas that will inspire and amaze. Your floors will never look this good. He will fix and repair areas that other companies say are impossible. These guys are awesome! I give them a 10 on a scale of 1-10. We had Engineered wood installed in the basement, wood stairs installed and wood floors refinished upstairs and another new wood floor upstairs. These guys are well priced and don't play any games which is refreshing.

I stopped by the show room and was pleased to see all the different varieties that they had to offer. The owner helped me better understand all the different options and styles they carried.

Blackwood Floors and Beyond are as good as gets. Manuel and his team brought our hardwood floors back to life after being poorly refinished 25+ years ago. We shopped around and Manuel was definitely not the cheap option, but the quality of his work is second to none. After meeting with Manuel for the initial quote, it was very obvious that he takes huge pride in his craft and stays up to date with the best technology available to him. The end result is far beyond what I would have hoped considering how damaged our floors were, we basically have brand new hardwood floors. Manuel was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and he will be my go to guy for any future flooring projects.
